Refund policy

 

At VariLeer, we take pride in the quality of our straps. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do what it takes to make it right.

Returns and Exchanges

You can return or exchange any eligible product in unused condition within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

To start a return or exchange, please complete the Return Form or send an email to info@varileer.com within 14 days of delivery.

What Qualifies as “Unused”?

Returned items must be in unused condition. This means:

  • The strap has not been mounted, worn, bent, stained, damaged or altered in any way.

  • Items must be clean and unmarked, and returned in the original packaging.

If you plan to return your strap, do not mount or wear it.

How to Return

  1. Contact us within 14 days to request a return or exchange.

  2. Repack the item carefully in its original packaging.

  3. Ship the item using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or untrackable returns.

  4. The return shipping costs are not covered by VariLeer.

We cannot approve a refund for returned items that are not received.

Processing Time and Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirming receipt. You’ll be informed whether your return is approved or not.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method.

The full return process may take 5 to 10 business days from the moment we receive your package.

We offer free shipping on all straps. Customs duties or import fees (if applicable) are not covered or refunded by VariLeer

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after confirmation:

  • First check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your payment provider — it may take several days before your refund appears.

If you’ve done both and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@varileer.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, contact us via info@varileer.com and we’ll assist you.
